Our return policy
If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exchange / return it in one of the following ways:
Change
As a rule, it is not possible to exchange an item, as the correct product is required in order confirmation for warranty matters. Instead, it should be handled as a regular return, where the unwanted item is sent back to us. You can then place a new order on our website, where you will receive a new order confirmation and warranty certificate for your new purchase.
Return
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. You can also order a return slip from us. It costs 99: -. The amount is then deducted from the purchase price.

Refund
Our goal is to handle the return within 1-2 working days of receiving it in our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 1-2 working days of the return being handled.
